Cassidy Proposes Forcing Obama and Company on ObamaCare Exchanges
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) introduced the In It All Together Act following news reports that Members of Congress and their staffs might be exempted from going on the ObamaCare exchanges in 2014.
“President Obama and Secretary Sebelius forced ObamaCare on the American people. My staff and I are prepared to go on the exchanges, as bad as they might be, because that’s what many Americans will have to do. The President and his staff should do the same. The question is, why wouldn’t they want to go on the healthcare exchanges they are supporting so strongly?
“That’s why I introduced the In It All Together Act, which would force President Obama and Cabinet Secretaries, like Ms. Sebelius to go on the exchanges. If these exchanges are good enough for the American people, they should be good enough for all of us.”
